Hi

My mother went for a scan to check that she is ok for a gall stone operation but they found a lump on the left hand side of her stomach.
They said that she needs to come in for another scan next week to see what it is but i'm just trying to find out any info about it.
She says that when the nurse pressed the lump she felt that she needed to go to the toilet.
Any ideas of what it can be??

Thanks
