When ever i get upset or something even slightly , i get this lump feeling in my throat.
Now i now when people get upset it can cause the feeling of a lump in the throat.
But i've never experienced this before and it's only been happening this past month , what it feels like is as though somethings expanding at the back of my throat , like swelling and then i struggle to breath.
After i've calmed down and things are sorted the feeling of not been able to breath gets better but the ache as though someone has their hands round my throat is still there.
Now i've read somewhere that the lump feeling can be to do with anxiety.
Does anyone know if that is the problem? or if it's not what is the problem?
Also how can anxiety be helped.
