Hello,
I have gained a about 40 lbs over the past few years and am having trouble loosing it. I am a vegetarian and have not changed my eating habits. However, I do have stress in my life. I am taking yoga now and eating less. Still no weight loss. I have always had a lower abdominal problem. Now I have a lot of fat on and around my abdominal area. What concerns me most is a hard lump in my upper abdominal area? What do you think this is? What causes it? Even on an empty stomach it stays like that. Causes discomfort. I had a body scan before when I was having severe lower back problems. They could not find anything. I have never been this heavy before. Is it because of the weight? Please let me know what you think. Thank you.
