I'm 14 years old and I found a small lump on the far left side of my left testicle. It doesn't hurt, itch or give me any trouble during my normal life. I've got a deep voice, I sound 17 or 18. I'm pretty tall for my age, I started puberty well before my friends. Please reply ASAP.

I'm going to see my local doctor about another problem/sickness, but I don't want to have to mention the lump. Is this testicle cancer? Is this anything serious that I should be worried about?
