Hi, I'm 16 yrs old and noticed a red lump on my sack this morning before I got in the shower. Then I notice another lump a little higher than my groin. The one on my sack is small, very noticable, red, and hurts but the one by my groin is a little larger and hurts a little more too. The only thing that came to mind is that I was hot and sweating yesterday and they were stickin to the side of my leg and went to scratch and I kind of pinched in the area that the lump is on my sack. I don't know if the lump is because of the pinch because I didn't notice it yesterday morning because I'm usually in a hurry to get ready for school.
Please answer as soon as possible, I'd like to know a little before I got to the doctor tomorrow. |

| I think you can disregard the 2nd lump a little above the groin. It seems that the other side has the same lump and they feel exactly the same. I think it might just be a sensitive muscle or something like that. |

Hi! Have you seen a doc about the red lump on your scrotum? I often get similar bumps!
You don’t have sex yet, do you?
I think my bumps are just an ordinary pimples or ingrown hairs. Both of these bumps tend to hurt quite a lot especially if you touch and squeeze them!
I never do anything about them except that I make sure I keep the area clean and that I don’t mess around with my dirty hands that much.
In the end, they go away on their own. If the white stuff appear, I squeeze it sometimes.
I have never been to a doctor about this matter and maybe there is something we could apply to make them go away sooner. If you get a good advice from your doc, can you please share the info with me!

| Hi, I have a similar problem...I have a small lump on my sack, not my testicle...it's kinda hard, and I thought it was from extracting hairs from my skin...it's grown a little in size over a few months, and it doesn't hurt...but itch sometimes because I think a hair is trying to grow...it's a light hue...any answers? |

Hi, I have the same problem, the first lump showed up in the growen part then a few days later another lump showed up on my sack making the first one grow smaller why'll the 2nd got big, looks like i have 3 balls lol, don't hurt but stings a little, i don't have money or ins to see a Dr.
I'm really concern about this, the 2nd one seem to be showen signs of a red head but not sure, now the 2 lumps seem to be merging together an is scaring me, i'm 42yrs old, the first one showed up after i had sex, my partner waas on top, why'll on top felt like some got pinched or something, could those lumps be blood lumps:?:
