Greetings,

I am a 29-year-old male typically in very good health. I found a lump a few weeks ago on my very right side, just above my hip. It is fairly deep under the skin and feels something like a cyst the size of the tip of you pinky. Within the last few days I have started to feel some slight discomfort in my abdomen up to just below my ribs on the right side and a little bit around the cyst area. Now the discomfort may very well be something basic that I am worrying into something horrible, but I am concerned about this lump. It feels deep below the skin so, in all my ignorance, am afraid that it might be cancerous and not a cyst, but have begun to wonder if it could be related more to the abdomen area. Yes, my biological geography is pretty poor, so frankly I have no idea what it my be... any bright ideas?
