The lump is kind of like the kind you get at the hair follicle, but it’s maybe 4 times the volume in size. It is at the bottom of my scrotum and it looks like a zit or follicle and it is hard. About the size of a BB, or a bit smaller.
There is a bit of sensitivity, but that maybe from me squeezing it, thinking it maybe some sort of zit. Have not had any luck popping it, but it seems slightly larger now then it used to be, that maybe from me trying to pop it though. |

| i have the same problem i was hoping some one would respond to this, i have poped it and a small amount of yellow puss squeezs out and then get really red i hope it isnt warts or std, its conected to a root hair its really weird |

It could be sebaceous cyst that is actually very hard to squeeze. They resemble pimples and usually have white hairs coming out of them (one for each cyst).
These are normal and so many guys have them. Look around the forum, there is plenty info on sebaceous cysts (or sebaceous prominence)! |

Okay, i have little white bumps on the lower part of my penis and i have them on my scrotum. Sometimes a pimple may occur and i pop it and after 2 weeks it just goes away. Can this be normal because i masturbated and it occured before i had any sexual activity?
The white bumps are hard to pop but when i manage to pop them they squeze out a white puss like when you pop a black head. When a pimple shows up it's only on my penis and it's just like any other pimple you might pop on your face. i think i may have sebaceous cyst but that wouldn't explain the pimple, or could the pimple just be acne on my penis. So what could this be and should i be worried about having a sexualy transmited disease.? |
