Hi I am 15 years old and have always been parinoid of my body and cancer. latly i noticed a small hard lump on the top of my left testicle. I have had it for who knows how long but i've been aware of it for two or three months now and it hasnt grown an inch. my parents told me not to worry because it would have grown so its not cancer. what do you think?
