I have noticed a lump on top of my right testicle only, but it randomly is gone for a while, then after a few days comes back up. It doesn't hurt, though, and looks bumpy. It also makes the right testes either "stand up" or make it look longer than my left. Could this be serious?

Anytime you have something that looks out of place it is in your best interests to go to the doctor and have it checked out. This might sound extreme but seriously, you do not want to have to go through chemo etc. for something you *thought* could or couldn't be something bad.

When it comes to things like this it is also a good idea to talk to your family if at all possible not only for support but maybe there is some information they can give that will better the situation in some way.

Go see a doctor and get a ultrasound done on both your testicals and have some blood work with emphasis on the markers for "LDH", "Alphafetaprotien(sp)", as well as "Beta HCG". I belive it called a "complete CBC"? It's is very complete blood work up.

Best of luck and more than likely it's nothing but be on the safe side.

Take care!
