Lump underneath my right niple (Male)

I'm a 16 year old male, and I have a strange lump underneath my nipple - It aches a little, and hurts when pressed. There is also one developing on the left side too, but that isn't as large as the right. I'm quite behind with puberty, so would this have anything to do with it?

Any feedback would be appreciated Smile
