Lumps in testicles

I am a 20 year old male with no history of cancer in family. One month ago I found a lump on my left testicle. After some time, the lump kind of leveled itself out. But about 4 days ago I noticed another lump, this time on my right testicle. It doesn't cause any discomfort unless I push on it. Anyways, my question is does this sound like anything serious?

If you noticed lumps in your testicles, or if you notice change in weight or size or swellings you should visit your doctor. Know that most of the changes on testes are not cancer. Infections, collections of fluid and some small cysts are very common and treatable. Testicular cancer usually starts as a small, hard and painful lump and you can’t mistake it with soft epididymis lump. Epididymis is tightly coiled tubules, attached to the top of the testes, where sperm is stored and where matures. Big percent of people with cancer contact their doctors after the cancer has spread. So, for you to be sure that everything is ok you should visit your doctor. All conditions are easier to treat when they are detected earlier.
