Lumps when masterbating.

Hello,

Recently i have noticed that i am getting a lump at the bottom of the testicles where the tubes are (i don't know their name, sorry). But when i am not masterbating or anything , the lumps are not there.
They are not the size of a pea they are quite small lumps.
Can anyone help me please?
