I would like to know what metastatic breast cancer means. And what exactly does lung and liver metastatic breast cancer mean.

Hey!
Term metastatic describes a cancer that has spread to distant organs form original tumor site. In that case, metastatic breast cancer is the advanced stage of breast cancer (the fourth stage of cancer). So, metastatic breast cancer means that the cancer has spread from breasts to armpits and to others part of the body. Breast cancer has the potential to spread to almost every part of body. When term lung and liver metastatic breast cancer is used, this means that the cancer has spread form breasts to liver and lungs.
