I AM A 23YR OLD FEMALE AND HAVE SMOKED SINCE I WAS 11. i HAVE QUIT BEFORE BUT NOT RECENTLY, I PROBABLY HAVE BEEN SMOKING EVERY DAY NONSTOP FOR ALMOST 3YRS. WHEN I DON'T SMOKE FOR PART OF THE DAY MY BOYFRIEND NOTICED THAT I SEEM TO GET IRRITABLE AND VERY MOODY. NOW I HAVE TO QUIT FOR OTHER REASONS AND I DONT KNOW HOW
