Masturbating is perfectly safe and healthy if you do it in moderation. What does moderation mean? Teenagers usually do it everyday and I find this is normal because I have been doing it every day when I was a teenager and I had no side effects.
However, I find excessive masturbation if you do it a couple of times every day. That may be called over masturbation.

Some theories say that over-masturbation could lead to premature ejaculations and other sexual problems. I actually don’t know anybody who experienced these problems because of masturbation but I do notice now ( I’m 30) that I get easily tired and a bit depressed after a lot of sex during the day. I also feel lack of energy and a need for sleep.

This has nothing to do with masturbation though, especially when you are a teenager.
