Have anyone heard about MBT trainers? What can you tell me about them? I am not professional athletic, but I am runner for many years.

Yes, I’ve heard of the. It seems that these shoes are used by Olympic medalists! MBT trainers are challenging and gentle to your spine, so they make training more effective. I think there is no harm to try them.

I've used the AVON Curves rocker shoe. They also make sandals. I love them. I couldn't really afford to spend $200 on a pair of shoes but the AVON ones are great. My posture is better, my legs are more toned and look better. I love them. Check them out at www.youravon.com/apelletier
