I have been on Meprone treatment with dose of 750 mg three times a day for 14 days. The problem is that doctor advised me to take the drug with high fat meals to improve the absorption. However, it happens often that I have to skip the meal because of the nature of my work. Lately I started to sweat a lot. I am afraid that this is because of my irregular meals.

I was on Meprone treatment last year because I couldn’t tolerate trimethoprim / sulfamethoxazole. I was taking Meprone for 21 day. I remember that I was advised to take it with high fat meals. My doctor explained me that when Meprone is administered without food, drug level may not be high enough to be therapeutic. So, I guess that is possible that you have some side effects. Seek for medical attention!
