Hi

I missed my period, but i have been recieving cramps at my lower abdomen (cramps to the point where i cannot move at times). Also when i urinate, it is painful and it burns at time. Oh and i took many pregancy test for the past week... and im not pregnant.

Wut is wrong wit me??????

STD'S can have those symptoms...

BUT A URINARY TRACT INFECTION would be very likely!! It does cause lower abdominal pain, and burning when you pee ....

You should see a doc fast for treatment.
