Hello,
My 18th month old daughter has recently started to cry when either my wife or I clean her vagina during a diaper change. She will close her legs tight and wont allow is to clean her. She seems okay with us changing her diaper for the most part, until we try to clean her. Is this common? She seemed to be fine with it in the past? Thank you

as a little girls vagina and anus are quite close together, if you wipe the wrong way you can push poo germs around the vagina, which can lead to cyctitis, and infection of the kidneys, it is painful and makes you urinate a lot, it can feel like you are peeing acid. if she is rather red down in the vaginal area, and is uncomfortable take her to the doctor and get her tested.

I HAD THE SAME TROUBLE WITH MINE IF YOU GET A BABY DURING DIAPER CHANGE AND WRAP IT AROUND YOUR TWO BIGGEST FINGERS AND TRY TO CLEAN THE FRONT AND THE INSIDE OF HER VAGINAL AREA
