I can’t remember exactly when it starts, but maybe a year ago I’ve noticed I am so tardiness. First I was trying to find excuses and it goes very good to me. Or I worked a lot, or having so much fun, or I had guests... anything. But then I realized there are days I’m doing absolutely nothing, but still I feel tardiness. I wonder what that could be, just weak body or maybe it could be sickness?

Tardiness is normal for now living life, conditions we are living in or working, it’s not easy for none of us. Working all day, from early morning until afternoon, then one more job, no matter if that is real work or house job.... Off course normal human feels tardiness sometimes. However, the reason for long lasting tardiness doesn’t have to be hard work. Maybe there is some problem with your muscles, back or feet, sole in particular. Orthopedist can check that and maybe solve your problem. Also, if tardiness envelops whole body, the reason may be anemia. That is problem with blood cells, or low blood-pressure. Anemia can cause deficiency of oxygen so you feel like you want to sleep. Also, makes you so tired and weak. There is no need to feel bad if that is reason, because it’s easy to check and be sure. I recommended you to visit your doctor very soon and stop that unnecessary tardiness.
