It's normal. It may bleed though, which is also normal. It may seem weird, and guys can do this too, you "popped your cherry."

I have the same thing there's 1 little red dot on each side of my penis and when I piss or cum sometimes it stings in that exact place and they are like in line with each other help please!!!
