Hello,
I've been taking magensium supplements for the past year because of premature ventricular contractions. This seems to work, but if I miss a dose of my three-a-day supplement, I get palpitations again. I've noticed that I feel sick to my stomach if I consume fatty dairy products. Could my magnesium deficiency be linked to some sort of malabsorption problem?
