I am curious if anyone out there has any advice or knows of any supplement that could help a friend of mine. He is in his mid 40s. Eats right ,exercises, very upbeat. But he has been having a problem keeping an erection. Any advice?
Your friend needs to go see his doctor. While a man ages we can get problems getting or maintaining an erection, if it is a regular problem it is time to see a urologist for tests. It may be as simple as he needs viagra or a similar drug, or there may be other issues. But there can be no real diagnosis without tests, and if this is the only symptom that makes it even tougher to decide over the internet.
