I'm a 60 year old male experiencing nipples and chest feeling ice cold during physical activity such as exercising, etc. At times this is so painful that I cannot touch my nipples and my chest feels like a block of ice. This usually occurs when I begin to sweat. This feels like my nipples have been frost bit or chaffed. Any ideas as to whats going on?
