Mammary Gland on breast... pimple on nipple

about a year or 2 ago I had a big "pimple" on my nipple.. on the areola part of the nipple.. and it was sore and a little painful and I popped it and all this white stuff came out.. in a week it healed...
and right now my nipple feels fine.. ever since that time it does not hurt or bleed or have any pain at all.. no crust... nothing.

the only thing different is that the mammary gland where the pimple was.. is a bit thicker than the other ones..

I was rougly 18-19 that time.. and i have no lumps on my breast.. it's been a couple of years.. was my mammary gland inflammted or infected before?
should i be worried still?

there is a pimple looking like on my nipple well arpond it and i was talking a shower and i popped and white stuff came out alittle bit yellowish it was disgusting. and before i popped it. it looked really wierd it felt like a little ball inside. i dont really know what it is? and i am 16. so i dont know what to think. i thought it was breast cancer. but i dont know i need help
