Manic depressive (bi-Polar)

today is June 3, 2008.
over the years, I have been diagnoses with a multitude of issues some to follow:
Sever Depression
Paranoid Schizophrenic
Manic depressive (bi-Polar)
Schizoaffective Disorder
Border Line Personality Disorder
"Schizoaffective Disorder" seems to have been the best the best fit in the past.
I tried medication, it simply made me more depressed... and honestly more suicidal. For the past 6 years, working with thought patterns and other issues has worked. Now, things are not working. If someone can reinform me, as to how to help myself, I would be more than appreciative. I will continue to refuse meds. any other ideas I am more than willing to try.
