Ive been smoking marijuana daily/bi-daily for the past year and I stopped smoking four days ago, the withdrawal is pretty brutal sleepwise. I was wondering if anyone had some tips on how to fall asleep, I've been up for two days straight on 5 hours of sleep and i cant even catch a wink Sad

nothing works for me with the sleeping. i've been smoking a lot longer than a year but me and eeryone i know who occassioanlly quits 1-can't sleep, 2-has nightmares, 3-get sweats like the flu, and 4-rage, rage rage.
TYLENOL, because is metabolizes into a CB2 agonist, provides a small (very small) amount of relief concerning a few extra hours of sleep, but it only works for 3-4 days and then tolernace kicks in.
