Does masterbating, in the long run make you last longer during sex?
Can it cause damage to the structure of my penis?

Masturbating will not damage the structure of your penis.
As for lasting long...it depends on how you masturbate. If you do it just to ejaculate and orgasm as soon as possible, then you probably won't last long during sex. If you masturbate and try to refrain from ejaculation by taking deep breaths, thinking of something else or holding your pelvic muscles, then you may learn to last longer.

What about the whole penis bending sideways thing?
So postponing my ejaculation should help me last longer?
What about multiple orgasms?
