i am 14 and i masterbate a few times a week, mostly on weekends.. when i materbate i usually don't use any lotions or anything just dry, but whenever i start getting into it, some clear stuff will come out, and then it feels really weird when i keep going after it stops throbbing, is this normal? should i just keep going?

I think you are describing pre-ejaculatory fluid (also known as "precum"). When you say throbbing do you mean a pulsating sense in your penis or pain?

It sounds like you're trying to describe an orgasm. Given the you feel something, then you don't feel like continuing, that's pretty spot on for an orgasm. At 14, it is possible you won't get much or any coming out when you orgasm, but as long as you aren't feeling any pain I'd say everything sounds normal.
