If you are a male and you masterbate a lot at a young age, is it possible to have a sperm count when you reach the age of 20 or when it's time to have kids?

you will your body makes new sperm all the time you will have alot the same amount or even more

Not true for the poster above me. Sorry to say but if you do masterbate A LOT and continue to do so for a long time. You will have a lower sperm count because even if your body continues to make some. Masterbating gets rid of a good amount and if you do it A LOT. You'll be getting rid more than is produced. However, this can be simply cured by moderating yourself. Hypothetically, if you were to just stop masterbating than your sperm count would go to normal after a while. But if you were to continue to masterbate a lot up until your married and want to have a kid. You would probably have to stop masterbating for a while to get the sperm count back up and have a good amount of sperm when you ejaculate.
