Masterbation addict for long time

I'm 34 years old and I started to masterbate since I was 14 years old, almost every day and sometimes more than one time a day, I also watch a lot of porn, I know I'm too old for that but I tried so many times to stop and I couldn't, Do you know if this will effect my marriage if I get married? should I seek a doctor help on this matter? I'm also trying to find if there is anything I can do or any medication I can take to even slow down this Question

A lot of people don't believe this, but pornography can hurt a marriage. It often does because watching it obsessively or not being able to stop watching it is a sexual addiction. I've seen this first hand with a couple of friends of mine who were addicted to pornography. One was married, the other was just dating. It affected both their relationships so that they couldn't fully commit/concentrate on their partner.

I think it's great that you want to handle this addiction. Many people don't believe that pornography or masturbation is an issue, but I have seen it destroy people, marriages and families. I honestly have seen it happen.

Get in touch with some sexual addiction groups. Or you can just seek a counselor who specializes in sexual addiction. You can do this by getting in touch with psychologists or community groups that hold self-help circles.
