I am 21 years old and have been masterbating 5-8 times a week since 16 years old. I have been getting acne for many years while taking care of my face. I have been having memory problems for example i forget words, road names. I also have been having lower back pains sometimes. Could masterbation be the reason for all of this. Please respond, ty.
