I am not sure what to tell you man. I reckon that you don’t feel pleasure because you are so stressed because of what it happened and not because something’s wrong.

Everybody has precum and it may be invisible or hardly visible in some cases. Semen can change consistency from time to time and what happened could be perfectly normal.

If you have been feeling discomfort for that long, you should addresses a doctor on the issue. It is usually urologist who deal with this kind of problems. You could have developed varicocele. These are dilated veins that bring blood to the testicles but one usually feels a so called β€œbag of worms” above the testicle involved, usually the left one.

I would see a doctor if I were you if the pain has lasted that long.
