| I have a two part addiction. I love to do cocaine and then masturbate. I realize that neither is good for me, but are there any other dangers? Is there a way to help break this addiction? |

The most serious problem here is your cocaine addiction. There is a way to break your addiction to this. You have to seek out treatment. Get your self into some kind of rehab clinic. Look in your telephone book and find one, pick up the phone and make that call.
My daughter is addicted to every thing under the sun, including opiates. I hope you understand the damage that this can cause you, not to mention your family. Cocaine is a serious drug and it takes some doing to stop. It is expensive, it ruins the family dynamics, it could get you fired from your job, get your vehicle and the privi to drive taken away, the list is endless. But most important is your life. I'm not worried about the masterbation part but if it's excessive you can also get treatment for that. That is somehow tied into the cocaine abuse which counselors will help you to figure out when you are in rehab. If you have the courage to ask this question, then you do know something is wrong. Get yourself some help. If you don't know which way to go first i will help you. |

Your sexual compulsion can be treated with the same addiction methodology as your cocaine addiction: a combination of rehab, therapy and 12-step programs.
Most of the literature shows that dual "addictions", like you're describing, are difficult to treat individually and that more people have success dealing with them both at the same time.
