Can masterbating too much decrease a young woman's chances of having babies in the future? I'm 17 years old and really worried.

Masturbating is a normal activity that almost everyone engages once in awhile. It just means that you have a pretty healthy sex drive and you more or less know your body well enough to know how you like things done. It will not decrease your chances of having children later on in life. It's the same as having sex you're jsut doing it yourself. If you are still worried about though then talk to your doctor about it.
