You should not be worried, it is a very normal healthy thing!! You have just gone through puberty, and have lots of new feelings about sex. Most people at any age masterbate, even though they dont talk about it.

Im sure it doesnt cause short term memory loss!!

No one has ever dies from over masterbation, enjoy it ,and know its is okay Very Happy

No! Be careful, masturbating is normal yes, but when it's excessive it become a very big risk to your health.
Frequent masturbation and ejaculation stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions excessively, resulting in the over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Abundant and unusually amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic. In other words, there is a big change of body chemistry when one excessively pratices masturbation.

The side effects of such changes to the body include:
Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time
Lower back pain
Stress / Anxiety
Thinning hair / Hair Loss
Soft / Weak Erection
Premature Ejaculation
Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
Groin / Testicular Pain
Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone

Listen, i studied about that, masturbation is BAD, BAD and BAD.
And don't forger, over masturbation means that you have a psycological problem. revise your mind.

(and for those who reply to your question, you must know that when we are not sure about a medical answmer, we don't give it. So don't say that masturbation is good since you are sure of that.)

Hope you will stop it quickly, and I swear that you may have big problems if you continue like that.

don't worry kid, the above response is total bs. You are more likely to harm yourself by not masturbating than masturbating. Go to a qualified website on the topic and find out, they'll confirm that it is perfectly healthy. Despite certain people's opinions (most often girls) EVERYONE does and needs to.

This may sound weird but I had problems with my gums when I masturbated. I stopped for awhile and now my gums feel stronger than when I masturbate a few times a week.

If masturbation can cause uncomfortable side effects, it can probably affect the health of your gums as well.

Hi, this is another question which is related.

I used to masterbate quite a lot, until about 2 months ago when i met this girl, so i stopped masturbating. but anyway shes recently gone on holiday, so i havent done anything for a week, i feel better for not doing it, more lively and feel more energetic, but a few days ago i started feeling pain in my testicles, and i found that masturbating relieved this pain.

My question is, have i got something wrong, or is it just lack of.... exercise for the testicles that cause this pain?

Hi,
Im 23 years old and have been masturbating since i was 16. Now its very frequent and has become an addiction which im not able to come out of. I have been suffering more and more as years pass. First major change was Hair Loss, im literally bald at this very young age. other side effects from this terrible addiction include

Memory Loss
Fatigue
Restless and insecurity
Very bad concentration
Shrinking of the penis size
Low self esteem
Too much stress
Sleeping disorders

I have tried a lot of medicines for my hairloss it didnt work because only lately i figured out that it is directly link with my masturbation. When i use the hair loss medicine the hair become thick, but then when i maturbate regularly the hair become oily and thin again.

Please dont do this frequently as it will eat u alive and give u a horibble life. Just make up ur mind that ull only use ur penis with a girl, which will also help u improve ur dating skills. Take it from me if i were u i will try to stop it right there.

Thank You

WOW talk about BS in plain view from that post. Some girl probably posted this since her ex liked to masturbate rather than have sex with her and obviously she got pissed haha. Believe me, masturbation does NOT give ANY of those symptoms. Excessive masturbation in a short period of time can cause pain and discomfort during erections but that is just related to the excessive use of the muscles in your penis. Like every other muscle, it will hurt if you work on it too much.
And PLEASE, dont believe that your hair gets thin every time you masturbate. Thats the dumbest thing ive ever heard.
About penis size... masturbating regularly actually increases the size of the penis a certain degree while it is erected.
