Yes, I would like to reinforce this as B.S. For the reason not only it possibly was written from a pissed off ex or some religious mind-control fanatic lol. But the side-effects of "over-masturbation" I find to be inaccurate and inconclusive.
Memory Loss: Now doesn't that seem to be a-little on the extreme side? For the reason that memory loss is easily caused by much more "mind altering things" such as psychological drugs possibly (i.e marijuana, dextromethorphan, & any other substance that effects dopamine levels in the brain). Since we don't know this persons history of drug use as of anyone else. May I remind the viewers of this forum the chances of doing drugs of this origin, especially among this age group is much higher then any other age group. And/Or it could be a generic defect.
Fatigue: Well simply lets get real. If you're "over-masturbating" and not going out socializing nor getting exercise well it would have the effect of sitting down watching T.V all day. That would cause fatigue/laziness would it not?
Restless and insecurity: This is more on the psychological side of things. You would be restless because you really want a piece of ass but can't get any. And you would feel insecure because you're not getting laid.
Very bad concentration: Now this is a little ridiculous. The reason (if any) you have very bad concentration (if this is direct to others things then masturbation) is because it's natural "raging hormones" I mean men and women in their 80s don't stop intercourse (if god willing their healthy enough) because its natural genetic code in which every (sexually active/soon to be active) human has.
Shrinking of the penis size: Now this here I believe is just propaganda to better control people under some religious/culture umbrella. The reason if any shrinkage occurs is clearly a psychological one. If someone doesn't feel good or is depress all the time, they will eventually (sometimes sooner then later) decline in their actual body state. In fact there has been reports in the psychology field that shown a grown man that lived far beyond his normal puberty age around 50-60ish, had a very depressing life in which his mother always (and openly) expressed how she wanted her other son (which died as a child) more then she wanted the other son (the man that live into mid-life). When the man died they found that he had never develop physically beyond an child. By this I mean his body sexually never matured. This is the same man that wrote the book Peter Pan. Quite fascinating, but in theory it would seem that the out-look of life would most certainly effect us not only psychological way but physical as well. (Please forgive me if my ages are not super accurate but I do not recall people ages too well and also feel free to correct the ages but either way it has the same relevance as it would with a couple year difference).
Low self esteem: This would seem to play on more of the grounds of environment and people around this particular person. Most people would probably develop low self esteem if they masturbate constantly in which they neglect people socially and neglect themselves physically by not eating properly or not dieting (<-- as do many people). Low self esteem would be the cause a combination of many things. Over-masturbating might have this effect evolve indirectly with it, but it would be only on a social level not because brain chemicals are release abnormally from masturbating.
Too much stress: This relates once again to the social surroundings. One would easily be stressed out if he/she is spending their entire life on masturbating. But that would have to be entirely extreme to the most out reached extent.
Sleeping disorders: I really don't see any actual effects on the brain nor body to even conclude that this has any relevance to "over-masturbating"
Balding: Wasn't this also included with blindness & hairy palms propaganda that people used back in the 1950's? Easy enough to say baldness is not only genetic but hygiene and healthy life styles would have major effects on this. Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol, not keeping up with proper nutrition would definably have negative effects as well. Just in my opinion that would seem like a much more likely cause of balding.
Basically all these so called "problems by over masturbation" in my opinion are on a psychological and culture scale. I only hope I enlighten confused ones which had become tied into hallow and base propaganda.

WOW talk about BS in plain view from that post. Some girl probably posted this since her ex liked to masturbate rather than have sex with her and obviously she got pissed haha. Believe me, masturbation does NOT give ANY of those symptoms. Excessive masturbation in a short period of time can cause pain and discomfort during erections but that is just related to the excessive use of the muscles in your penis. Like every other muscle, it will hurt if you work on it too much.
And PLEASE, dont believe that your hair gets thin every time you masturbate. Thats the dumbest thing ive ever heard.

hi im shaun im 13 years old and i started to masturbate....not a lot but sometimes. but im worried i was doing it the other day and were im 13 im not at the stage of producing spirm but when i done it i felt this feeling tht i didnt felt anytimes b4 this time i thought i was goin 2 produce spirm but in the end it didnt come out my penis right away stopped bein erect nd hard nd got smaller and my penis was hurting 4 a bit oh and my head went all woozy is this normal is it puberty because im gettin worried please help  |

I think u'll find that when someone has been circumcised that when you masturbate you simply move your and up and down the penis but not over the head/ tip as thts where you can tug on the skin and as u knw, it tears. You can still experience masturbation just don't go over the tip cs as anyone else knwsafter circumcision its often a bit more sensitive |
