Hi um.. I've been wondering about this for a while now. If you masturbate on a regular basis, does it count as exercise? Or some form of losing weight?

Well it would depend on the technique you use. Typically masterbation would not count as exercise and you won't expend enough calories to make a significant impact on your weight. Now, if you masterbation lasts 20 minutes or more and you exert enough effort to get your heart rate into the Target Heart Rate exercise.about.com/cs/cardioworkouts/l/aa022601a.htm you could burn off enough calories to make a difference.
