Good morning ladies and gentlemen.

I have written this thread because I would liek to clear some thigns up. Firstly, I have had these problems rising up till now. I am aged 19, and yet have these side effects during my adventure with 'self exploration'. But I'd regret to call it that, because in truth, for me it had been 'self abuse'. At the ages of 10-14, I had been having this funny feeling, an urge which led me to explore myself. I had to get rid of that urge,and the only way for that was to find out what the urge was all about. Then came magazines, newspapers, which had pictures of women wearing sexy outfits. For me, it was a new fantasy, i mean, i wa a kid, i didn't know much about these things. I knew what the urge was about, something was missing...

That's when my first self exploration had come into palce. Using magazines with dirty pictures, it had forced my ego to coem across masturbation in a way that would later becoem a habbit. I started to masturbate to anythingthat would make me excited...female pictures...internet. I have becoem a puppet to porn. And i really regret it. I have had to sacrifice my education just for masturbation, i got disturbed with masturbation. I couldn';t get the grades i wanted. And then suddenly. One day, i had felt a blackout...as soon as i stood up, i experienced a rather bizzare feeling in my head..as if everything was going dark..my vision was loosing...it was like pins and needles inside my head... it was a total blackout..which made me feel as if i was about to faint...a really light headed feeling....i had to quikly clsoe my eyes with my hands to stop this. I had to bend down with my eyes closd to stop this feeling....it was if i was loosing conciousness..but not that serious.

Anyway, that wasnt just it!

I was a godo athlete during my youtrh times...i was really good in athletics and other known sports. I was fast, was fit, and could last for ages. But slowly, that all diminished. It was coincidentally the same tiem i used to masturbate. By then, i had masturbated a hell lot during that time. I would black out again...feel as if i was ina dream...confused puzzled after any sports...i would get exhausted and sick...infact sosick..i would have to leave some sport actitivites and sit aside drinking juice to make me better. I would feel so sick..as if soemthing was in my throat. It was scary and weird....

Nowdays i get depression, confused feeling about hwop to act..how to be myself...i realyl get confused...about personality...My brain/head would feel so tight...it would make my jaw hurt..and also the side of my face would feel tensed...as if its not relaxing like it shoudl normally do...i feel dry..and sometimes sick...and sometimes i feel a void inside of me..as if theres some emptiness trying to makes its way through....

I get really exhausted...and my heart rate is faster then before...i would get cramps...and i know for a fact that i can no way play for long in any sporting activity, simply because of maturbation...im not following an religion...theres no religion that scares me...but this is all my own experience..of self exploration...i feel tight...i get cramps, headaches, my conentration is weak..that it only lasts like 10 mins before i start to do soemthign else rather then my university work....

I am not scaring anyone..but rahter telling the story up to now, aboout my symptoms...

tingleing in your head is lack of blood flow to ur brain, dont sit up fast, take deep breaths, and relax when u masterbate. Its a very common thing so dont worry. Just dont go from like crazy hard masterbation to running around.

Trust me, i've had these sideeffects..my head hurts as if its soo sharp and its going to explode..along with feeling sick in the throat as my head hurts...its like something in my head istrying to escape..its worse then a brain freeze...

If masturbating is disrupting your life to this severity, then you need to seek some professional help. It is a common, natural, normal thing to do. But if it is causing pain, disruption in daily activities and even causing you to prioritize it, then there may be something more going on then can be helped here. See your doctor and explain what is happening. You may need to emphasize the resulting distress on your mind so that she/he can see its more than just a 'teenager with raging hormones'. Dont let the doctor just blow you off either. Demand an answer. If she/he doesnt have an answer, then ask where else you can go for help.

I get this horrid pain in my head when I masturbate.
I don't masturbate often, but when I do, after a few seconds my head hurts on it's right side, above my ear.
It's a very intense pain, the kind like a strong headache, but much much stronger.

What's going on?
I never had this before, just recently.

these bad effects are psychological , perhaps make some exercise part your daily routine

hansol29, omg i had most of those symptoms i quite sports which was one of my main rutiens my academic performes fell down stairs, my concentration span became very limited and quite often i become depressed over tiny things, my social skill have also suffered i used to be funny,confident type, when ever i dont masturbate 2 weeks was my record i found things getting much better in all areas, now i gona withstand this crap for 40 days and definitely stop, its not alright, its circle of doom. hansol29 THANK

I hate these symptoms,I had first got them when I started to masterbate more than ussual and I get many server headaches.
sometimes I feel like I am going to run into a wall because I cant take it any longer.I am not sure if this is from lack of sleep or masterbating too hard..it could be both..
but,I dont like to masterbate,it affects me everywhere in my mind,I feel like a trapped bird in a cage sometimes with it driving me crazy.
my expierience from all of this is making me stop to,I dont have to live my life in a way that is not ok for me.
if masterbation really is the case I'm quitting every possible thing that has to do with it,websites and all,its just absurd to leave lifes to waste becuase of this...hope that who ever is affected by this to gets better..it really is horrible to live with.

ive like to joint this forum...surely god i hate masturbate..its disturbing my life.. i ve had a bad feeling about masturbate..i think that we should try to low that activity as we can..but dont to force urself to do it..thats all i know..
