i m 26 years old, not married. i use to Masturbation nearly one time a day for past 5 years. will it cause any problem in my health and any major side effects. Will it cause impotent?

Masturbation once a day will not likely cause any impotence or major health problems, unless you were rough doing so. If you bled or ripped, your skin could become very sensitive. If not, you'll probably be okay.

The biggest problem you'll most likely have is premature ejaculation. While having sex, you may come very quickly and that may last for some time.
