At the age of 12, i masturbated and ejaculated for the first time. Since then, whenever i get an erection it feels funny (different) Like it's "pumping" or something as it grows. I have not ejaculated and tried not to watch erotic shows, videos since then. A couple months later i experienced a few wet dreams (Nocturnal emission) but it's gone away for a while now. I'm now still 12 but turning 13 in 4 months. I was wondering if these different feellings as i get erect are something negative, and if theres anything i can do to make them go away!

the new feelings are part of growing up (puberty), your body gets used to them over time and you wont notice it as much. it is ok to masterbate (in private) so dont feel you shouldnt. you will find that the more you materbate the less likely you are to have a wet dream and the feeling when getting or at erection wont be as strong. the pumping can often be in time with your pulse, due to the blood pressure in your penis (which locally increases during an erection!) all normal and nothting negative!
