What can you tell me about the sulfite allergy? I generally do not eat much, but it seems that I cannot even eat a lot of things due to this emerged problem. So, may I eat coconut if I have sulfite allergy. And what are the food types I should avoid from now on? Do you know something about it?

I assume that coconut is your favorite, since you are asking about it. As far as I know, it belongs to a group of food that contains minimal level of sulfites, less than about 10 ppm. This is a very low level, even for those that have the sulfite allergy. You should avoid dried fruit, wine, molasses, grape juice… Those would be the most dangerous things for you.
