I'm 45 year old male.
Since I was born I'm having this problems with my nasal discomfort.
Almost constantly I'm suffering from colds, allergies and hay fever.
One doctor said to me that I have genetic predisposition for this kind of diseases because I have stuffed nasal airways.
This condition leads to numerous complications like constant light headaches and drains sinuses.
In my life, I tried several medications and natural prepared remedies such as menthol tea and menthol nose sprays but none of them could help me.
Recently I have heard about some new drug called Pseudophedrine and I was wondering if anybody has used it? I'm also interested in possible side effects of this new drug.

Pseudophedrine, a decongestant, relieves nasal discomfort caused by colds and allergies.
It relieves stuffy nose, opens nasal airways, and drains sinuses.
Sometimes you can hear about some other names of this drug like Afrin, Cenafed, Decofed or Dorcol.
You must know one thing about this drug. Sometimes it can cause trouble sleeping, so you must not forget not to take it at least several hours before bedtime.
Also you must know that Caffeine based products like coffee, tea, and cola may increase the restlessness and insomnia caused by Pseudophedrine, so you may wish to reduce your consumption of these beverages.
Side effects of this drug are very rear and they occur only if overdosed.
Some common side effects are nervousness, restlessness, dizziness
and insomnia.
