Med Abortion question tummy is still hard

I had a medical abortion on the 5th of march. I went back for my 2 week appt. and said I still had lots of clots left in my uterus. gave me a 2nd round of cytotec, went back a week later and they said that there was still some clots but not alot, and said I was fine.

Its been about 3 weeks so far but ... My lower tummy is still big and hard,
like I am still pregnant, and I have unusual pains in upper abdomen. and i havent bled a drop since they said I still have some clots but not alot. Is this normal??
