Medical test needed without one testical. Can I pass

I have lost my left testical while masterbating a few years ago. I am a healthy man, with no diseases as such. I have to appear for a Medical test to obtain a work permit from one of the EU states. Can I pass the test with my current physical condition? Is is necessary to have both testicals present to get the medical certificate?
