Hi am a 23 year old female and I have been dealing with PCOS for over 4 yrs. I put weight in these past 4 years and I don't know what to do about it. I am also diabetic, so It is hard to find appropriate medication. I have to be careful about sugar. Anyway I was wondering if some have used different meds to make some comparison…from experience of course.

Hi, I am type 2 also and have been for 4 yrs now. I am taking the Actos 30mg once a day and Amayrl 4mg twice daily. The weight gain is terrible, but I also get a lot of help from Novlog 70/30 premix insulin. It works quite well for me. My A1C runs 4.5 and sugar is well under control.
