Memory Loss & Forgetfulness from Effexor?

Hi. I was prescribed this new drug Effexor for depression. I was taking Prozac before that, and now I have problems with memory loss and forgetfulness. I go somewhere in the house, and when I get there, I cant remember why did I go there at a first place. What is the problem. Does Effexor have something to do with it?

This is the third time I’ve heard this. There must be a conection! This isn’t the first time. My brother was taking Effexor, and he had the same problem. When he went to the doctor, he said that he should switch back to Prozac, and the forgetfulness stopped. I think you should do the same.
