Menapausal or what? Various symptoms bloating

Please can anyone help me. I am 55 and cant discuss things easily. I have not had a proper period for over a year until recently when I had slight show which did not need a pad. It was only was when I went for a pee I saw the water pink and I wiped myself and saw pink on the paper. I went to see if I had a water infection but Test was negative.
Since then I have had lots os symptoms which are mainly a fullness feeling in my lower abdomen. I feel bloated and feel as though I want to lay flat on my tummy to help . Is this part of the Menapause? I feel very depressed as well. I also wish I could have a period and then I would feel normal as I feel as though I am ready for one! Please advise. Is this going to last long?
