Im 42 and a smoker, I think in the past i have experienced some pre menapause symptoms, but this just puzzled me. I had my period about a little more than a week ago.Well i noticed a little weight gain and started excersizing and drinking alot of water.(while i was on my period). Well my period was real light that week.A few days later i started spotting but i only spot when i urinate. This has been going on for about a week now. I also have a pain in my lower back. I know im not spotting from my urine but i only spot when i urinate. Other than that i feel fine. Could this be a sign of pre menopause???[/b]
well...if you only notice the blood when you go to the toilet, it sounds like it's in your urine! Otherwise, it would be there at other times too no?
Lower back pain is a symptom of spotting in your urine, the reason for this could be anything from an infection in your bladder to kidney stones.
