| It seems to me that this is the worst period of my life. I thought that I would be able to survive through menopause more easily by using medications, but it is not like that all. I managed to sleep ok because of antidepressants, but still I cannot stop crying and having panic attacks from time to time (but the situation is a bit better since I take medicaments). This entire thing would not be so troublesome if I do not have to go to work every day. What are your experiences? Menopauses killing me! |

| I can imagine what you must feel like. The main problem for me was physical health problems. I had troubles with almost every body system. Joint pains, urinary tract, irregular heartbeat, muscle tension, nausea, gas problems, hair loss, night sweats. And lets not forget mood swings and lack of concentration. If it werent for my husband who was very supportive and helpful, I do not how would I survive that period of life. But I did, so you will too. Do not worry, it will pass soon. |
